Payment Options:

PayPal

This option allows customers to pay directly with PayPal for appointments. First, you need to enable the “PayPal”, after that you can choose if you would like to use PayPal in sandbox mode or live mode. PayPal “Sandbox Mode” is a testing environment that mimics the live PayPal production environment and should only be used for testing purpose.

To set your PayPal “Sandbox” or “Live” mode setting simply follow the next steps:

  1. Go to https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications/
  2. In the “REST API apps” section you need to create a new App (or use the existing one)
  3. After you created a new app, click on it.
  4. Then, you could choose Live or Sandbox credentials (Client ID and Client Secret)
  5. On the left, under the “Sandbox” menu click on “Accounts”
  6. Create two accounts: Personal and Business for a sandbox mode. You can test with these accounts before you go live.

You have to copy credentials and paste to appropriate inputs in Bookmify -> Settings -> Payments -> Paypal -> Live or Sandbox.

Stripe

There are two options “Test” and “Live” modes. We suggest to use “Test” mode before you go live. You could find “Publishable Key” and “Secret Key” here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/apikeys

Please, be careful, you should enter test mode credentials to test mode inputs and vise versa in Bookmify -> Settings -> Payments -> Stripe.
