Working process of our construction company

  • Phase 01

    Pre-Construction Planning

    Site Assessment:

    Permitting and Approvals:

    Design Development:
    Collaborate with architects and designers to create detailed construction plans. Present design options and finalize plans with the client.
  • Phase 02

    Foundation and Site Preparation

    Site Excavation:
    Clear the construction site of any debris.
    Excavate and level the ground as needed for the foundation.

    Foundation Construction:
    Pour concrete and construct the building's foundation.
    Install necessary utilities, such as plumbing and electrical connections.

    Substructure Work:
    Build the substructure of the building, including walls and support systems.
  • Phase 03

    Structural Construction

    Framing:
    Construct the structural framework of the building.
    Install beams, columns, and other load-bearing elements.

    Roofing:
    Install the roof structure and coverings.
    Ensure proper insulation and ventilation.

    Exterior Finishes:
    Apply exterior finishes such as siding, brickwork, or stucco.

    Interior Finishes

    Drywall and Flooring:

    Cabinetry and Fixtures:

    Quality Checks:

    Finalization and Handover

    Punch List:
    Create a punch list of remaining tasks and touch-ups.

    Final Inspections:

    Client Walkthrough:
